If you encounter this error message, follow the instructions below to resolve the error :
Instructions :
1. Below your error message, click the "Manage Activations" button which will take you to the Trimble AMP sign-in screen. Alternatively, go to the Trimble AMP portal via our website.
2a. Enter your Trimble ID username/email, click Next.
Note: If you’ve forgotten your Trimble ID Password, go to the Reset your Trimble ID password article.
2b. On the next screen, enter the password. Click "Sign In".
3 Select “Purchased via BUILDINGPOINT AUSTRALIA PTY LTD".
Note: If you see more than one option, your Trimble ID may have access to multiple Trimble products.
4. Click “My Products”. You should see your SketchUp subscription on the screen.
Note: If you can't see your subscription, use the dropdown arrow on the left panel (above My Products) to switch to a different account.
5. Click “View Included Applications”. This is where you access all your SketchUp applications.
6. Look for "SketchUp Pro". It should be at the top. Click on "Manage Devices" right underneath it.
7. Click "Deauthorize All".
8. Sign out of SketchUp by going to the the profile icon in your SketchUp screen. Then sign in again. You should now be able to access SketchUp. IMPORTANT : Do NOT skip this step!
If you have completed all these steps, and it still doesn't work for you, it could be that you have multiple versions of SketchUp installed on the same computer.
Please follow these steps instead to resolve :
1) Uninstall all versions of SketchUp on your computer :
2) Install only the SketchUp version that you are using :
