Reset your Trimble ID password

If you've forgotten your Trimble ID Password, you can either watch this Reset your Trimble ID password instructional video (same as below), or you can read through the instructions below, or you can do a bit of both!

1. Go to: https://www.sketchupaustralia.com.au/
2. Click “Sign in” (Found in the top right corner of the page).
3. Click “Trimble AMP”.
4. Enter your Trimble ID (The email address associated with your Trimble ID).
5. Click “Next”.
6. Click “Forgot password”.
7. Enter your Trimble ID (The email address associated with your Trimble ID).
8. Click “Reset Password”
9. Wait for the “Trimble Account Password Reset” email to arrive to the email address associated with your Trimble ID.
   • Check your spam folder.
   • Ensure emails from "noreply_identity@trimblepaas.com" are not being blocked.
10. The email should contain a “Reset password” button, click it.
11. In the “Set your password” page that opens up,
    1. Enter your Email address,
    2. Enter your new Password,
    3. Confirm your new Password,
    4. Click “Set Password”.
12. You should be automatically redirected to the log-in page for the Trimble AMP, it's best to log-in now, just to double check that you've remembered your new password correctly.
