If you've forgotten your Trimble ID Password, you can easily reset it using the Forgotten Password link.
Instructions:
1. Go to: https://www.sketchupaustralia.com.au/
Click “Sign in” (top right corner of the page) , then “Trimble AMP”.
2. Enter the email address associated with your Trimble ID. Click 'Next'.
3. Click “Forgot password”.
4. Enter your email again to receive your verification code. Click 'Send Code".
5. You'll receive an email almost instantly, containing your verification code. The code will expire in 10 minutes. Enter the code in the "Verification Code" field. Click 'Submit'.
Tip: If you do not receive the email, you can click Resend Code. However, please check your spam folder first. It is also possible that the emails are blocked by your network, see how to safelist your Trimble emails.
6. Enter your new password, confirm password and click 'Submit'.
7. You'll see on your screen that the password was reset. You'll also receive an email confirming that your Trimble Identity Password has been reset.
