If you purchase SketchUp as a business, chances are you have an Administrator who will manage the allocation of the subscriptions or licenses to your users.

Instructions :
- Only Account Administrators and Account Owners can allocate SketchUp subscriptions to different users. If you only have a Product User role, you won't be able to modify these subscription allocations. If you'd like for a SketchUp subscription allocation to be changed, you'll have to ask your Account Administrator (this is the person in your organisation that is responsible for allocating Product access to users) to do this for you.
- If you are the Account Owner or Administrator, go to https://www.sketchupaustralia.com.au/.
- Click “Sign in” and click “Trimble AMP”.
- Enter your email address (email associated with your Trimble ID) in the "Username" field and click “Next”.
- Enter your Trimble ID password.
- If you have forgotten your password, click on "Forgot password?" below the Password field. For more help, refer to Reset your Trimble ID password.
- Click “Sign in”.
- Your Trimble ID may have access to multiple Trimble Accounts. Trimble Products that you’ve purchased from BuildingPoint Australia should be accessible from the Trimble Account with the subtitle “Purchased via BUILDINGPOINT AUSTRALIA PTY LTD”, so open that account.
- Open “Plan Settings" if you need to check which products or subscriptions are available to you for allocation.
- Open "Members" to see and manage who is associated with your account, what role they have within the account, and what product access they have.
- Click on the three dots to the very right of each member to:
- Change Role,
- Modify Product Access, or
- Remove User (from the Account)
- To add a new user, click "Add New Users" in the top right of the page, then click "Add New User".
- Enter the email address for the user you wish to add and click "Next".
- If that email address is already associated with a Trimble ID, that user's name will already be saved, if not, you'll have to add the user's name, so that a Trimble ID can be created for them.
- Select the most appropriate "Role" for the user.
- Select the "Product Access" for the user.
- Click "Add User". (A confirmation window will present; you can close this).
- The nominated user will receive an email confirming their product access.
- If the user doesn't have SketchUp installed, you can send them to the relevant help article:
