If you have purchased SketchUp but when signing in, are prompted to start your trial, it could be that you are not signing in with the correct Trimble ID or you have NOT been allocated a seat by your SketchUp Administrator.
In such cases, you can sign in to your Trimble AMP to view and check if you have been allocated a subscription.

Instructions:
1. Go to https://www.sketchupaustralia.com.au/ .
Click “Sign in” (top right corner of the page). Under Trimble AMP, click on "Trimble Account Management Portal"
2. Enter your Trimble ID (The email address associated with your Trimble ID). Click “Next”.
3. Enter your Trimble ID Password. Click “Sign in”.
Tip: If you’ve forgotten your Trimble ID Password, go to the Reset your Trimble ID password article.
4. If you have multiple accounts under the same email address, please select the account purchased via BuildingPoint Australia.
5. Open “My Products”.
- If you’ve purchased a SketchUp Pro/Studio subscription (Product) for yourself, or you’ve been allocated one by an Account Administrator, it should be listed on this page.
- You can view what Applications are included with each Product by clicking on the “View Included Applications” button.
- In this case, SketchUp Pro should be one of the Included Applications in a SketchUp Pro or SketchUp Studio subscription.
Note: If your subscription is managed by an Account Administrator in your organisation, they'll need to allocate the subscription to you before it is visible in your account. For instructions, please refer to this article: Allocate SketchUp subscriptions to different users.
6. If you can’t find the SketchUp/Trimble Product that you would like to access, it might be associated with a different Trimble Account (which might still be accessible using the same Trimble ID). You can switch between all of your Trimble Accounts via the drop down menu just below your name, on the left side of Trimble Account Management page.
