The Help Centre articles provide answers to commonly-asked SketchUp questions and cover topics relating to your SketchUp account and subscriptions as well as instructions to help you troubleshoot some technical issues.
When using the search function in the Help Centre, use short keywords related to your issues e.g. Install SketchUp or Trimble ID to view a list of all the related articles.
Alternatively, you can click on each category to browse all the articles under that category.
If you can't find the answer to your enquiry, please submit a support ticket and our team will assist you as soon as possible.
