How do I track my support tickets?

To track your tickets, you need to sign up to our Help Centre. See Creating a Support Account.

Once you have created a Help Centre account, you will see your name at the top right (instead of 'Sign In').

Click on the drop-down next to your name and select Requests. 

In the Requests page you will see all of your tickets, last activity and the ticket status (eg. open, pending response by you, solved).

To reopen a ticket, click on the ticket name/hyperlink. This is where you can re-open the ticket, follow-up or add further notes for our team.
