Submit a request - Contact Sales or Support

Most of the common SketchUp questions are addressed in the Help Center. However, if you require assistance from our Support team or have a Sales enquiry about any of our products, you can contact us by submitting a Support Ticket.

You can find the Submit a Request button at the top right corner of almost every page in the Help Center.

This will open our sales/support form.

Please ensure that you have entered the correct details in the form so that we can locate your subscription and attend to your request/ issue quickly. 

Please include all the relevant details on your issue and where applicable, attach any screen-shots that shows any error messages. It will help us understand your issue quickly and identify the best solution for you.   

Note: Email Verification Required from 9 March 2026
If you submit a request using an unregistered email address, you’ll receive a one‑time verification link.
Please verify your email to ensure your request reaches our support team.
