If you are an existing customer, we recommend that you Sign In to our Help Centre and create a Support account. You will need to create a username and password. This is separate to your SketchUp or SketchUp Australia/New Zealand account passwords - but you can just use the same details to make it easier.
By creating an account, you will be able to manage and track the status of all of your support tickets.
To create a Help Centre account, click Sign In at the top right of the screen.
This will load the Sign In screen, which will prompt you to sign up (down the bottom) or sign in if you have already signed up but are not logged in.
Note: You can also sign up/sign in with Google or Microsoft.
Once you have created a Help Centre account with us, you will see your name instead of 'Sign In' whenever you access our Help Centre.
