Get Started with your SketchUp subscription

 

1a) SketchUp Edu, Pro and Studio 

The main application SketchUp Pro is included in SketchUp Edu, Pro and Studio. Sketch Pro is Not included in the SketchUp Go plan (see 1b below).  To see what's included in your plan,  see Compare All Features and EDU Subscription

After your purchase, you will receive instructions via emails to download and install your SketchUp software. Please allow up to 24 hours for the emails to come through.  

The installation and setup of your SketchUp subscription depends on the type of SketchUp product that you have purchased and also your PC's operating system (Windows or Mac). 

For Windows PC users :

Download and Install SketchUp (Edu, Pro or Studio) on a PC

For Mac users :  

Download and Install SketchUp (Edu, Pro or Studio) on a Mac

 

1b) SketchUp Go 

SketchUp Go comes with SketchUp for iPad , SketchUp for Web, Ambient Occlusion, Scan-to-Design and Trimble Connect. It does not include SketchUp Pro. See the full Apps and Features available. 

After your purchase, you will receive instructions via emails to access your SketchUp for Web and download SketchUp for iPad. Please allow up to 24 hours for the emails to come through.  

To access and download or launch your other SketchUp applications, sign in to your Trimble Account

Follow the same instructions to download your SketchUp Toolbox.

 

2) Other SketchUp Applications (SketchUp Toolbox)

Depending on which SketchUp product that you have selected, your SketchUp subscription comes with a suite of other SketchUp applications, also known as the SketchUp Toolbox e.g. SketchUp for iPad, Layout, V-Ray ( Studio only), etc.  that you can download or launch.

To access and download or launch your SketchUp applications, sign in to your Trimble Account
