When you purchase a product from us you will be asked to create a site password. This is for your SketchUp Australia Account Dashboard.
Note:
Trimble AMP(Account Management Portal)) and SketchUp Australia accounts are two separate accounts and they serve different purposes.
You use SketchUp Australia Account to manage your subscription billing, renewals and account details. You use Trimble AMP Account to download your SketchUp subscription and other SketchUp products.

To sign in to your Account Dashboard, go to : https://www.sketchupaustralia.com.au/my-account/ or visit our website: www.sketchupaustralia.com.au , then go to "Sign In" on the top toolbar and select "Billing/Account Login".
From your account dashboard you can view your recent orders, manage your shipping and billing addresses, and edit your password and account details.
