Your SketchUp subscription is set to Auto-Renew, by default, when you purchase via our SketchUp Australia web store. This is to ensure that you can continue to use SketchUp without interruptions.
If you turn off your auto-renewal in your SketchUp Australia account, your licence will stop working at the end of the 1 year. You will need to manually renew your subscription to regain access.
NOTE: To ensure that you can continue to use SketchUp without interruptions, we do not recommend turning off the auto-renew.
1) To manage your renewal, navigate to the sign-in page for SketchUp Australia account via our website:
2) Sign in and go to "My Subscriptions", where you can see an option to "Cancel" your subscription.
Important : Please note that "cancel subscription" in this case means turning off the auto-renewal when your subscription is up for renewal, it does NOT affect your current subscription. You'll see the status changes to "Pending Cancellation".
What if I change my mind after turning off my auto-renewal?
You can reverse the "Pending Cancellation" status by signing to your SketchUp Australia account and turning the auto-renewal back on at any time before your licence is due to expire.
If you want to renew your licence after your subscription has expired, you can re-activate your subscription via our web store (placing a new subscription order). Please purchase using the same email used for your previous licence (your Trimble ID). If your subscription has expired for more than 5 days, you will commence your subscription period from the new purchase date.
