If you cannot see your subscription after signing in to your Trimble AMP with your Trimble ID, use the following questions to help you troubleshoot:
1) Have I given sufficient time for the order to be processed?
After you have made your purchase, it can take up to 1 business day to set-up your subscription.

2) Have I used the correct email address to sign in to my Trimble AMP?
The most common mistake that users make when trying to access their SketchUp subscription is signing into your Trimble ID with an email address that isn't assigned to your licence.
The email that you purchased SketchUp with (or were assigned by your administrator) is the email that you need to sign in with. If you sign in with one of your other emails (most of us have several email addresses, right?) - then you will not see or be able to use your SketchUp licence (from the SketchUp/Layout apps or from the Trimble AMP).
If you cannot see your subscription, please sign out and then sign back in using the correct email address associated with your licence.
From the SketchUp app Welcome screen, click on the top right identity icon and then select sign out. Next, left click on the icon again, and select sign in.
3) Is your subscription managed by an Administrator?
If your subscription is managed by an Administrator, it could be your Administrator has not allocated the subscription to your email or allocated to a different or wrong email address. Please check with your Administrator. See Allocate SketchUp Subscriptions to different users.
4) Is your subscription pricing listed in USD?
You might have purchased your subscription from the US SketchUp website, and not from us, i.e. BuildingPoint/SketchUp Australia. See Why is my subscription pricing listed in USD?
Can't sign in at all
