The most common mistake that users make when trying to access their SketchUp subscription is signing into your Trimble ID with an email address that isn't assigned to your licence.
The email that you purchased SketchUp with (or were assigned by your administrator) is the email that you need to sign in with. If you sign in with one of your other emails (most of us have several email addresses, right?) - then you will not see or be able to use your SketchUp licence (from the SketchUp/Layout apps or from the Trimble AMP).
If you cannot see your subscription, please sign out and then sign back in using the correct email address associated with your licence.
From the SketchUp apps Welcome screen, click on the top right identity icon and then select sign out. Next, left click on the icon again, and select sign in.
If you are the administrator of your SketchUp licence, you can log into your AMP. All of the Trimble products (including SketchUp) are managed by the Trimble Account Management Portal (AMP). You can log into your AMP and see all of your products (including SketchUp). This is also where you can manage the email that is assigned to your SketchUp licence.
