If you cannot complete the sign in process and get the following prompt message when signing in, please make sure all the instances of SketchUp, LayOut and Style Builder are closed (go to the Dock and Quit, or Force Quit if in a Mac).
Please start by clearing the cookies and cache from your internet browser (we recommend using Chrome). Then follow these steps:
Windows users: Please go to: C:\Users\your-user-name\AppData\Roaming\SketchUp\SketchUp 2024\SketchUp/login_session.dat
Mac users: Please go to Finder, Go menu, Go to Folder… and paste in this text: ~/Library/Application Support/SketchUp 2024/login_session.dat
Note: If you can't find the AppData folder, please open with Windows key + R (on your keyboard) and type %appdata%
Once you have located the file : login_session.dat, please delete it. Then, re-start your computer and sign back in.
