If you have just purchased your USD subscription and are within the 14-day cooling off period, you can request a refund from Trimble SketchUp US and then make your purchase via SketchUp Australia.
If it has passed the 14-day cooling off period, then follow these steps to disable your auto-renewal for your USD subscription.
You can continue to use your USD subscription until it expires, then you can purchase your new subscription from us i.e. BuildingPoint / SketchUp Australia.
