SketchUp Go, Pro and Studio Subscriptions
After you have made your purchase, it can take our team up to 1 business day to set-up your subscription.
It is very rare that this process takes longer than a couple of hours - but this also depends on the day and time you purchase. For example, if it is late in the day (towards 4-5pm AEST), we may not be able to process and set up your subscription until the following morning.
However, if you have been waiting for longer than 1 business day and you haven't heard from us, please contact us by submitting a ticket via our Help Center.
Note: Please check your spam/junk folder in your emails that our set-up/order confirmation email has not landed there instead of your inbox.
Educational Subscriptions
First of all, make sure that you have submitted your proof that you are a student. We accept the following documents as proof of your student status :
- Your current Student ID with a "valid to" date (preferred)
- Transcript
- Letter/Email of Enrolment
- Screenshot of current student portal
Please email sketchup@buildingpoint.com.au with your proof of current enrolment and reference your order number (which you will receive as soon as you have paid).
If you sign up with a valid .edu email address – you do not need to submit proof of current enrolment.
If you have sent us your documents, it usually takes about a few hours to set up your EDU subscription. However, please allow up to 2 business days before contacting us.
