All SketchUp subscriptions, except for SketchUp Go which does not include SketchUp Pro, will allow you to model on desktop/pc/laptop.
All SketchUp subscriptions, including SketchUp Go, come with SketchUp for iPad which allows you to model on iPad and Chromebook.
If you want to design, model and draft, you need to install the SketchUp and Layout apps on a PC or Mac desktop or laptop.
IMPORTANT: SketchUp Pro and LayOut are not supported by Android tablet or phone.
Mobile Viewer
You can download the SketchUp Viewer app on a tablet and/or phone to view a SketchUp model.
Other SketchUp apps which allow you to view your models on a browser are Trimble Connect and SketchUp for Web.
You do not need a subscription to access SketchUp for Web which is a streamlined version of SketchUp that runs in a browser.
