If you previously used SketchUp for Web and have since purchased a paid subscription, you’ll want to make sure you’re signed in with the correct Trimble ID. Most users won’t have any issues as long as they use the same email they used when they bought the subscription. Problems usually occur when someone has created multiple Trimble IDs with different email addresses and isn’t sure which one has the subscription.
To confirm your subscription, simply check that you’re signed in with the email used at the time of purchase. Your subscription is tied to that email, and that same email is what links to your Trimble ID.
1. Check your In-App Licensing
Once you're signed into your SketchUp Desktop, on the Home page, click on 'Licensing' in the bottom left corner to view your subscription type and expiry date.
Note: For SketchUp Australia customers, please manage your subscription via SketchUp Australia Account. See this article: Manage SketchUp Australia Account Dashboard. Do not click on the 'Manage Subscription' link within the app.
2. Check your SketchUp Australia Account Dashboard
As a SketchUp Australia customer, you can also view and manage your subscription, such as updating your renewal and billing details, in the SketchUp Australia account dashboard. For step-by-step instructions, please see Manage Sketchup Australia Account Dashboard
