If your V-Ray fails to activate, please follow these instructions to resolve your issue:
1. Open http://localhost:30304 in your web browser
2. Sign Out of the Chaos License Server by clicking "Online Licensing" at the top of the page, then "Sign Out".
3. Navigate to this page and click the "Continue with Trimble" button
4. Sign in with the Trimble ID that's associated with your subscription
5. Open SketchUp, and sign out and back in to SketchUp
