If you've purchased a SketchUp AI Subscription, the AI credits are generally tied to the Trimble account that owns the subscription. The account owner will need to sign into their Trimble account and assign the AI subscription.
Trimble is gradually migrating all Trimble accounts in batches from the old AMP (Account Management Portal) to the new Trimble Admin Console portal. There are two sets of instructions below, depending on which Trimble account portal you are currently accessing:

If your Trimble account has been migrated to the new Trimble Admin Console, follow the instructions below:
1. Sign in to the Trimble Admin Console.
2. Go to Products & Licenses.
3. Open the SketchUp AI Subscription.
4. Select Assign Licenses, enter the user’s Trimble ID email, and confirm.
Account Management Portal (AMP)
If your Trimble account has not been migrated and you are currently accessing AMP, please follow the instructions below:
- Sign in to your Trimble AMP
- You may have to select a different account ( NOT BuildingPoint Australia as these AI subscriptions are sold directly by Trimble)
- Go to the Members tab
- Look for the product and click the 3 dots next to it
- Select modify product access
