1. If you have set up your Passkey when you first created your Trimble ID, then you can select "Use a passkey" on the sign-in screen. (If this doesn't work, try entering your Trimble ID-linked email or username and click 'Next'. Then on the next page, click 'Use a passkey').
Important:
- When signing in, do not select 'Use a passkey' if you haven't already set one up. Passkeys cannot be created from the login screen. See also Create and Edit Trimble ID Passkeys.
- Please note that Trimble ID Passkey setup is completely optional. And you can still sign in with your Trimble ID- linked email and password even though you have set up a passkey. It is not mandatory for you to use the passkey option every time you sign in, however, it is more secure for you to do so.
2. Choose the option that you had previously set up your Passkey. For this example, we are selecting the Android device option.
3. Use your phone to scan the QR code on your computer/laptop screen and tap on the webpage url link on your Phone or iPad.
4. On your computer/laptop screen, it will display the message 'Device connected! Continue on your device'.
Follow the prompts on your phone or iPad to unlock and authenticate your Passkey.
