How to Resolve SketchUp Crashes caused by Plugins?

Windows

 Open a Run box

  • Run: Windows Key + R

 Copy and Paste this path on the right and press enter:  %appdata%\SketchUp\SketchUp 2026\Sketchup\Plugins

  • Copy: Ctrl + C
  • Paste: Ctrl + V

Drag extension files/folders to Desktop that are not in the default list below.

These are the default folders which should not be removed:

Mac OS

Open a Go to Folder box

  • Go to Folder: ⌘ + Shift + G

Copy and Paste this path on the right and press enter:  ~/Library/Application Support/SketchUp 2026/SketchUp/Plugins

  • Copy: ⌘ + C
  • Paste: ⌘ + V

Drag extension files/folders to Desktop that are not in the default list below.
