Master SketchUp Courses FAQs

Our Master SketchUp courses come in two bundles : 

1) Master SketchUp Bundle which includes tutorials for SketchUp, LayOut and V-Ray. 

2) Master SketchUp EDU Training Bundle includes all the tutorials in 1, but you will need to provide proof that you are a student to be eligible for this bundle.

1) How do I access the course?

Once you have paid you will get immediate access to the course. EDU purchases require manual verification of eligibility and can take approximately 1-business day to deliver. These courses are hosted on our website in a professional online format. To access, just click on the course that you have enrolled in on the course page. 

2) What of version of SketchUp do I need?

We recommend SketchUp Pro 2021 or above. 

3) How long do I have to complete the course?

You will gain access to all the course materials for 12 months. During this time, you can review & repeat the course as many times as you like.

4) Will I interact with a Trainer?

No. This is why the price is so affordable. However, we are confident that the course has been made as easy to follow as possible – so we really don’t think you’ll need to. You can also repeat the course (or parts of it) as many times as you like. However, if you need to talk to a trainer, you could buy a 1 hour live online screen-share with our trainer. 5) Can I share the course with friends/colleagues?

No, this is a single user access only, assigned to your account. If you share your login with 3rd parties, they will have access to your account (billing and personal information).

6) Will I receive a certificate?

Yes. After you’ve completed all the lessons in the course, you will receive a Certificate for that course, in PDF format. You can print these or save them as a digital file.

7) Do you offer refunds?

No. We have a strict no refund policy for all training courses. We have spent a lot of time and effort creating these courses and offering them to you at an affordable price. 

8) Are the courses suitable for Windows and Mac?

Yes. Although the majority of our training is done using the Windows version, there is minimal difference between the two. We showcase these differences on a Mac if we feel they are required.

9) How long will it take me to complete your courses?  

Everyone learns at a different pace and it's completely up to you how you want to learn. However, if you want to master SketchUp, consistent learning and regular practice are the keys to success. Try to allocate at least some time each week to learn these modules. Most people can complete within a month.
