Can I upgrade my subscription plan?

You can choose to upgrade your subscription from GO to PRO/STUDIO or from PRO to STUDIO at any time during your subscription term. 

All you have to do is contact us using our website request form or email us at : sketchup@buildingpoint.com.au 

We'll calculate the pro-rata pricing for you and let you know how to make the payment. 

Please note the following conditions apply: 

  • You cannot request an upgrade on the same day as your purchase. 
  • If your upgrade request occurs within the last 60 days of your subscription term, the pro-rata pricing will also include a renewal of 12 months for your upgraded subscription. 
  • We cannot reverse an Upgraded process - although we can refund and cancel the new upgraded order, we cannot reinstate the original order back to Active. You would need to repurchase.
