When you create a Trimble Identity, you will receive an email asking you to activate your account. This step confirms your email address is correct. Click the link in the email to activate your account. After that, you should be able to sign in with your Trimble Identity credentials.
You have 72 hours to activate your account. If you have not activated your account within 72 hours, you will need to use the forgot password link to reset your password and activate your account. You'll need to enter your email first before you can see the password page with the forgot password link.

- Check your email inbox (for the email address associated with your Trimble ID) for the "Trimble Account Creation Notification" email, open the email.
- Click “Activate Account”
- Enter the email address associated with your Trimble ID.
- Enter a new password.
- Enter the same password again.
- Click "Set Password".
- You'll be presented with a warning that your "Password validation period is expired", so click "Forgot Password"
- Enter the email address associated with your Trimble ID.
- Click "Reset Password"
- Check your email inbox (for the email address associated with your Trimble ID) for the "Trimble Account Password Reset" email.
- Open the email and click “Reset password”.
- Enter your Trimble ID and preferred Password again, then click "Set Password". (Your Trimble ID account has now been created)
