Activate your Trimble ID account

A Trimble ID is your Trimble Account Management Portal (AMP) login ID.

The Trimble Account Management Portal is where you can download/access the applications included with your subscription.

You can either watch this Activate your Trimble ID account instructional video, or you can read through the instructions below, or you can do a bit of both!

1. Check your email inbox (for the email address associated with your Trimble ID) for the "Trimble Account Creation Notification" email, open the email.
   • This email should arrive within about 1 working day of your purchase/order.
2. Click “Activate Account”
3. Enter the email address associated with your Trimble ID.
4. Enter a new password. 
5. Enter the same password again.
6. Click "Set Password". (Your account has now been created)
7. You can now sign into the Trimble Account Management Portal (AMP) to:
   • Check your SketchUp subscription allocation
   • Download and Install SketchUp on a PC
   • Download and Install SketchUp on a Mac
   • Allocate multiple SketchUp subscriptions to different users
